About Vidit
I'm a Staff Software Engineer at LinkedIn with 12+ years in the industry, currently building production AI agents and generative AI products. I've shipped systems like AccountIQ (RAG-powered financial analysis) and an AI assistant serving 3,000+ sellers, and I hold multiple patents in AI/ML. I coach in three areas. For software engineers: I help with system design, interview prep, and navigating the path to senior and staff levels. For builders and technical professionals: I teach hands-on AI tooling, from Claude Code and MCP servers to building your first AI agent. For business owners and leaders: I help you cut through the AI hype, find the use cases that will actually impact your bottom line, and get something live without wasting months or money. I've mentored engineers through internal programs at LinkedIn and externally through platforms and nonprofits like Code Tenderloin. I keep things practical. No fluff, no theory without application.
Why do I coach?
I've been fortunate to work on some of the most interesting AI problems in tech, and I've had mentors along the way who made a real difference. Coaching is how I pay that forward. I started informally, helping engineers at LinkedIn with system design and promo prep. Then through Code Tenderloin, working with people breaking into tech for the first time. What I discovered is that I genuinely enjoy the moment when something clicks for someone. Now I want to do that at scale.

Launched a brand new V1 tool to serve the sales reps around the world - Linkedin Sales Insights(LSI) Developed the metrics platform to support all the metrics shown in LSI. Created the bulk import and entity matching processor for a nearline system with customized partitioning strategy(samza/kafka). Working on OLAP(Pinot), document(espresso), and relational databases for Insights Worked on admin suggestion email platform for all company pages.
