Why do I coach?
I coach because, over the past 14+ years working across product, strategy, consulting, and startup advisory, I’ve met so many talented people who were simply looking for clarity or a way forward. I’ve been in rooms at Amazon, McKinsey, retail, and global startups where problems looked complicated, but the right guidance made them easier to navigate. That’s what I want to offer others. I genuinely enjoy sitting with someone who’s trying to pivot, grow in their product career, or build a business, and helping them break things down in a way that feels manageable. Sometimes all it takes is a fresh lens or a structured approach to unlock momentum.
