The Offer Partnership is not a bundle of sessions. It is a complete preparation system for a candidate who wants a committed thought partner through a high-stakes consulting recruiting campaign. We will build the work in the order that creates genuine performance: clarify the target, establish the baseline, develop the core skills, pressure-test them, and adjust the plan as your interviews and evidence evolve. You will have a clear record of what is improving, what remains at risk, and how each practice rep connects to the real decision in front of you. This is a high-accountability partnership for candidates who want rigorous preparation from application positioning through final-round performance, not a loose collection of cases.
What you'll get from this package
A 90-minute intake and recruiting strategy session. We define target firms, offices, applications, networking priorities, timeline, and preparation goals.
Full application and narrative review. We review résumé positioning and the personal-experience story architecture that will support your target applications and interviews.
Case and behavioural readiness diagnostics. We establish the baseline before designing your personalised preparation plan.
15 structured 60-minute coaching sessions. The programme develops the specific skills that matter for your target process: case start, framework choice, case math, exhibits, creativity, synthesis, executive communication, and personal-experience interviews.
Two 90-minute high-fidelity mock interviews. The mocks are progressively calibrated to first-round, final-round, and senior-interviewer expectations.
Written recaps after every formal mock. You receive a concise scorecard, the key risk, the strongest evidence of improvement, and the next drills.
Two defined between-session review points. Use these for application materials, behavioural-story outlines, or an interview plan. They are not unlimited messaging or document review.
