What you'll get from this package
A 90-minute career, performance, and decision diagnostic. We define the real issue, the decision to be made, the stakeholders, and the criteria for success.
A tailored development thesis. You receive a clear view of the two or three behaviours that will create the greatest professional leverage.
Six 60-minute working sessions. We work on live performance or transition challenges, such as executive communication, problem structuring, prioritisation, meeting narratives, stakeholder management, promotion readiness, or career positioning.
