The Offer Foundation is a premium preparation engagement for candidates who want a rigorous recruiting strategy and the right early reps. Together, we will establish your application and networking narrative, diagnose your case and fit readiness, and build the core behaviours that make later mock interviews worth doing. Instead of sending you into random practice, I will help you build a preparation architecture that is specific to your target firms, timeline, and current skill level. You will know what you need to practise, in what order, and why. Best for MBA candidates, undergraduates, career switchers, and experienced hires who are early enough in the process to build genuine foundations.

A pre-work review. I review your target firms, recruiting timeline, background, current preparation routine, and a short readiness questionnaire.
A 60-minute recruiting strategy session. We clarify target roles, offices, applications, networking priorities, and the practical timeline from today to interview day.
A 60-minute live case diagnostic. I assess your current performance across problem framing, structure, quantitative reasoning, insight generation, synthesis, and communication.
A 60-minute personal-experience diagnostic. We identify the stories and behaviours that must become credible under pressure.
A 60-minute foundational case working session. We work the highest-value core skill revealed by the diagnostic, rather than repeating a generic full case.
A 60-minute preparation-architecture session. We convert the work into a focused 4–6 week practice plan.
A written readiness dossier. You receive your scorecard, target skills, practice sequence, and clear rules for when to move from drills to full mock interviews.
