A consulting application is not a biography. It is a tightly argued case for why a recruiter should invest a scarce interview slot in you. In this private application engagement, we will build that case from the ground up. I will help you identify the experiences that demonstrate analytical ability, leadership, influence, and impact; determine what should carry the narrative; and pressure-test whether your materials make the right recommendation about you in the first 30 seconds. This is not a copy-editing service. It is a high-touch positioning engagement for candidates who want their résumé, networking story, and application decisions to reinforce one clear message: why you are a credible consulting hire. It is particularly valuable for experienced hires, MBA candidates, applicants from non-traditional backgrounds, and anyone who has strong experience but has not yet converted it into a compelling consulting story.
What you'll get from this package
Pre-work review before we meet. I review your current résumé, target roles, target firms, and a short career-context questionnaire before the first session.
A 90-minute positioning workshop. We identify your strongest proof points, define the application thesis, and decide what must be visible to a recruiter immediately.
Detailed written résumé markup. You receive direct comments on structure, bullet logic, quantified impact, consulting relevance, and what to remove.
A 60-minute revision review. We pressure-test the revised version and make sure the final narrative is coherent, concise, and credible.
A 30-minute application and networking strategy review. We translate the résumé positioning into your outreach and application plan.
