Engagement timeline: This package is designed to be completed across approximately 3–4 months. Compressed timelines can be accommodated for students with imminent test dates; longer timelines are also possible if the student wants to spread the work out. Hours: 24 hours of live 1-on-1 instruction, plus async messaging access throughout the engagement. Pre-engagement diagnostic: A full-length SAT diagnostic must be completed before the first tutoring session. I provide test materials. Materials: All curriculum, practice materials, and proctored full-length practice tests are provided. No additional purchases are required. Live sessions: 1-on-1 video sessions are scheduled at mutually convenient times via my calendar, typically 60–90 minutes each, on a regular weekly cadence. Cancellations require 24 hours notice; no-shows or late cancellations count toward the 24-hour total. Response time: I respond to messages within 24 hours on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends. During peak periods (weeks before official test dates), most responses are same-day. Practice tests: Multiple full-length proctored practice tests are included throughout the engagement, with full written review and a live debrief session for each. Add-on hours: Additional hours can be added at the package per-hour rate of $250/hour if more work is needed. Upgrade option: Students who want to expand to a longer engagement can upgrade to Intensive (40 hours) within 30 days of starting the package, with the full $6,000 credited toward the upgrade. Refunds: Refunds are available on a pro-rated basis for unused hours within the first 30 days of engagement. After 30 days, the package is non-refundable. Unused hours remain available throughout the prep cycle.
