Standalone, school-specific MBA interview preparation for candidates who want expert preparation for a specific school's interview without engaging full application services. The right package for candidates who handled their own essays and applications but want serious interview preparation, or candidates working with another consultant on essays who want specialized interview support. The engagement is tailored to the specific school's interview format. MBA interviews vary significantly by school, HBS interviews are conducted by admissions board members and are notably more intense than other MBA interviews; Wharton has its unique Team-Based Discussion format; Stanford's interviews are conversational and behavioral; Columbia's interviews are conducted by alumni (a process I know especially well, since I have served as an alumni interviewer for Columbia Business School). Each school's interview rewards different preparation, and this package treats them accordingly. The work begins with a strategic prep session covering your specific story arc, the school's interview format and evaluation criteria, and the kinds of questions you should expect. From there, we run a full mock interview under realistic conditions, followed by detailed feedback on content, delivery, story coherence, and any school-specific considerations. A follow-up refinement session lets us work through your strongest examples, address any weak spots, and prepare you for the unexpected questions that often determine outcomes.

This package is designed for tightly-focused interview preparation rather than broad application support. We meet for live video sessions covering strategic prep, a full mock interview, and a follow-up refinement session, typically 3–4 sessions in total across 1–2 weeks depending on your interview timeline. Between sessions, you have direct messaging access for time-sensitive questions. My approach is direct: I treat interviews as performances that require real preparation, not as casual conversations you can wing. The candidates who do best in MBA interviews are the ones who've done thorough mock interview practice, refined their stories, and prepared for specific schools' specific question patterns. That's what this package delivers.
Engagement timeline: This package is designed to be completed across 1–2 weeks, depending on your interview timeline. Interview prep typically begins 2–3 weeks before your scheduled interview and is concluded 2–3 days before the interview itself. School scope: This package covers preparation for a single school's interview. Candidates with multiple interviews can purchase the package per school. Pricing is $1,500 per school. Live sessions: Approximately 3–4 sessions across the engagement, typically 60–90 minutes each. Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Mock interview format: The mock interview is conducted under realistic conditions — same length, same question style, same evaluation framework, followed by detailed written and verbal feedback. Pricing: $1,500 per school. Multi-school interview prep is priced at the per-school rate. Refunds: Refunds are available before the strategic prep session has been completed. After the prep session, this package is non-refundable.

I've spent the last 16+ years helping ambitious applicants get into the world's most competitive MBA programs, including Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, MIT Sloan, Yale SOM, and Booth.
