Before our session, I'll send a structured intake form covering your career trajectory, current role, GMAT/GRE status, target schools, and career goals - to be completed 24 hours in advance so we can use our full 60 minutes on real strategy rather than information-gathering. During our video session, I'll work through your profile in detail and share an honest assessment of where you stand against candidates targeting similar schools. We'll discuss realistic school list framing, identify the highest-leverage areas to focus on, address round timing strategy, and answer your specific questions. Within 48 hours after our call, I'll send a written follow-up summarizing the key takeaways, the prioritized action plan, and any specific recommendations tailored to your profile and goals. The full $599 cost can be credited toward any larger MBA package booked within 30 days, so this also works as a low-risk first step if you're considering a longer engagement.

I take a structured, no-fluff approach to MBA admissions coaching. Before our session, I'll review your intake form carefully so we can spend our 60 minutes on real strategy rather than information-gathering. During the call, I'm direct - I'll tell you exactly what I see, where your profile is strong, where the gaps are, and where to focus. I also serve as an alumni interviewer for Columbia Business School admissions, which gives me a current, first-hand perspective on what selective adcoms are actually looking for. My goal in this session is simple: leave you with more clarity than you walked in with, and a concrete plan for what to do next.
Format: A single 60-minute live 1-on-1 video session, plus a written follow-up sent within 48 hours. Pre-session intake: A structured intake form must be completed and returned at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions cannot be conducted without the completed intake — this ensures we use the full 60 minutes on strategy rather than information-gathering. Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled at a mutually convenient time via my calendar. Cancellations require 24 hours notice; no-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session. Written follow-up: A written summary of takeaways, action items, and recommendations is sent within 48 hours of the session. Upgrade credit: The full $599 cost is creditable toward any larger MBA coaching package booked within 30 days of the assessment. Refunds: Refunds are available before the intake form is reviewed. Once the intake has been reviewed and the session has been prepared for, this package is non-refundable.
