I didn’t start with AI. I started with a simple frustration: smart people making good decisions — but getting inconsistent results. When AI entered the picture, that gap became impossible to ignore. Same tool. Same person. Different outcomes. That’s where I focused my work. I don’t approach AI as a “prompting” problem. I look at it as a thinking and structure problem — how context is framed, how feedback is given, and how outcomes are shaped over time. Over the past year, I’ve been developing what I call the AIgogy Framework™ — a practical way to make AI outputs more reliable, not just more impressive. Outside of coaching, I spend a lot of time analyzing how people interact with AI in real workflows — not demos — and where things break down.
