With 20+ years of professional experience across law, education, and leadership development, I bring both insider perspective and global insight to coaching attorneys at every stage of practice. As a former Big Law attorney who began my career in Jones Day’s Paris and New York offices, I’ve worked on billion-dollar mergers, private equity deals, and cross-border transactions where the stakes were as high as the expectations. Having spent years in M&A and Sovereign Wealth Investments, I understand the precision, pressure, and politics that define elite legal practice—and the invisible work of having to prove yourself or be underestimated in the conference room as a female and racially diverse attorney. My coaching bridges high-performance strategy with human sustainability. I help first-gen, diverse, and female attorneys master both the craft and the culture of practice: navigating cross-border communication barriers, advocating for themselves in client or partner negotiations, and building practical skills for leadership, confidence, and resilience. I’ve also guided clients through career-defining decisions—whether pursuing the partner path, transitioning in-house, applying for state or federal clerkships, or joining government institutions such as the DOJ. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Intelligence (PQ), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I help clients identify and reframe internalized narratives that limit visibility or confidence, transforming them into deliberate, strategic presence. I also integrate future-readiness coaching, introducing AI-driven tools for research, drafting, and strategic analysis—so clients stay ahead of the evolving profession. The result is clarity, confidence, and credibility that hold steady under pressure—a legal practice where excellence doesn’t come at the cost of wellbeing, and where your identity becomes an advantage, not an obstacle.
