Why do I coach?

I coach because I know how isolating and overwhelming the PM journey can feel, especially when you’re doing everything “right” and still not seeing results. Years ago, I was in the same place: customizing my resume/behavioral stories late at night, doubting my worth after rejections, and trying to rebuild confidence&hope after several burnouts.
