Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how isolating and overwhelming the PM journey can feel, especially when you’re doing everything “right” and still not seeing results. Years ago, I was in the same place: customizing my resume/behavioral stories late at night, doubting my worth after rejections, and trying to rebuild confidence&hope after several burnouts. What changed everything for me was the right mentality and professional guidance — mentors who helped me see my own story differently, reframe my mindset, and show up with clarity and conviction. Now, I want to be that person for others. Coaching, to me, isn’t just about landing a job, it’s about helping you discover your true passion, play to your strengths, and design a practical, achievable path that helps you manifest your vision into reality.
