Hi! I broke into JP Morgan’s Private Banking office in Los Angeles from a small state school (Utah State, go Aggies!). There were candidates who applied and competing interns from Ivy League schools, private universities, and other well known schools such as Michigan, USC, UCLA, and others. During my JPM tenure, I’ve taking a primary role in recruiting for our office including sorting through resumes, watching Hirevues, selecting candidates for Superdays, and even selecting the bankers who will conduct the Superday interviews.
