About Nicolas
I am both an executive coach and currently the CEO and co-founder of SystemOne, a health technology company that aggregates and transmits medical diagnostic data from diagnostic devices to clinical health workers and ministries of health in developing countries. The company’s software provides clinical and operational insights in high-disease burden countries battling HIV, TB, Ebola, Zika and other diseases. Prior to SystemOne, I co-founded a technology marketing agency, which he ran for 16 years before a successful exit. I've advised executives in tech companies, health tech, executive education, and prop technology & construction.
Why do I coach?
I am deeply interested in leadership effectiveness, decision-making, strategic focus, and resilience. More importantly, I'm interested in how highly effective people can narrow gaps between where they are and where they want to be. It's an honor and a pleasure if I can help bring more clarity, confidence, and effectiveness to an executive's role(s). And I enjoy working with teams to help them get through roadblocks and get the best out of each other with sharper execution, improved communication, and stronger cohesion—helping them exceed expectations and deliver measurable impact.
