About Nicolas
I am both an executive coach and currently the CEO and co-founder of a health-tech company working with infectious disease diagnostics globally. I've also co-founded a technology marketing agency, which I ran for 16 years before a successful exit. I've advised and coached executives in tech, health tech, education, and real estate technology, clean-tech, the arts and nonprofits. While I focus on coaching "the person" not "the problem," my coachees appreciate the blend of coaching and advising that I provide because of my deep executive experience.
Why do I coach?
I work with senior leaders—typically at the Director level and above—to navigate complexity, scale their leadership, or step into higher-impact roles or situations. My clients are intrinsically motivated and committed to personal and professional growth. Many are facing pivotal transitions such as expanding responsibilities, shifting organizational priorities, risk management, or taking on roles with broader visibility and pressure.
