About Mikaela
I'm Mika, a founder, product leader, and AI educator on a mission: make AI tools accessible to everyone, regardless of background. I've built and shipped products used by millions of users at LinkedIn, raised +$5M for my own venture-backed startup, and scaled it to $X00M+ in transaction volume before selling to a $3B acquirer. Along the way, I've logged 100+ hours deep in AI tools, using them to run my content business, automate my startup's workflows, and build smarter so I can be time-rich. I now create content for 20,000+ founders and professionals teaching them how to use AI to become time-rich and grow their businesses faster. Highlights: πΈ Co-founded Parallax (acquired by Phantom, $3B) β raised ~$5M, $X00M+ in volume π’ Ex-LinkedIn Product Lead β shipped features to millions of users π Forbes 30 Under 30 Β· Tatler Gen.T Β· Kleiner Perkins Fellow Β· SPC Fellow ($400K) π€ 100+ hours in AI tools β use AI daily for content creation, marketing & business ops π Immigrant from the Philippines Β· Built my Silicon Valley network from zero If you're a founder, business owner, executive or ambitious professional who wants to use AI to grow your businesses without burning out: you're in the right place.
Why do I coach?
I grew up in the Philippines, came to the U.S. without a built-in network, and had to figure out Silicon Valley from scratch. No legacy connections. No tech feeder school. Just ambition and a lot of trial and error. I coach because access is everything. The right tool, framework or person can compress years of struggle into months of momentum. On that note, what I didn't have when I was building my career and business was AI. When I was raising $5M, scaling Parallax to $X00M+ in transaction volume, and managing a cross-functional team across 8 countries, I was doing it the hard way. Grinding through tasks that AI could have handled in minutes. I was building fast but burning out faster. Now I use AI every single day: to run my content business, automate my marketing, and operate lean without sacrificing output. I'm time-rich because of it and it's helped me become a better spouse, sister and friend to others as well! It's the tool that would have changed everything for me in my first startup. And it's the tool I want to put in your hands before you hit the wall I did. I especially love working with people who: - Are founders, executives or business owners who want to use AI to get time-rich, not just talk about it - Are navigating non-traditional paths into tech or product - Want someone who will be direct, practical, and genuinely in their corner
