This package is best suited for professionals who: - Are performing well in their current role but feel promotions is not yet within reach - Want clarity on what is required to move to the next level - Are looking to strengthen their visibility, leadership presence, and positioning - Want a structured, actionable plan to accelerate their progression In this coaching sprint, we apply a clear framework to help you assess your current positioning, identify where to focus, and translate that into specific actions within your role and organization. The goal is to not just work harder, but to focus your efforts strategically so you are positioned effectively for advancement.
