This 3-session Performance & Sustainability Audit is designed to help professionals step back, assess how they are currently operating, and make targeted, high-impact adjustments to how they work and live. We apply a structured framework to evaluate both: On the field performance — how you manage your time, attention, priorities, and execution at work Off the field performance — how your habits, routines, and energy support (or limit) your ability to perform consistently The goal is not to overhaul everything. It’s to identify a small number of meaningful changes that will improve your focus, effectiveness, and sustainability. This is a strong fit if you: - Feel busy but not making the progress you want - Are taking on more responsibility and need to operate at a higher level - Want to improve focus, structure, and consistency - Feel stretched, reactive, or at risk of burnout - Know you’re capable of more, but want a more intentional way of working 3-Session Package Structure: Session 1: Performance Audit (On the Field) > Assess how you are operating day-to-day, including: - Workload and responsibilities - How you prioritize and manage competing demands - How your time is structured (calendar review) - Where attention is fragmented or misaligned - Gaps in focus, prioritization, or execution systems Outcome: Clarity on what is working, what is not, and where your highest-leverage opportunities are Session 2: Sustainability Audit (Off the Field) > Assess how your habits and routines are supporting your performance, including: - Morning and evening routines - Energy patterns throughout the day and week - Approach to stress, recovery, and boundaries - Habits that are supporting or working against you Outcome: A clear understanding of how your habits and routines impact your performance — and where to optimize. Session 3: Optimization & Integration > Translate insights into a practical, personalized plan: - Identify 3–5 highest-impact changes - Build a realistic weekly structure - Align on key habits and routines - Ensure systems support your role and goals - Create a plan for consistency Outcome: A clear, simplified system for how to operate more effectively and sustainably. Before coaching professionally, I spent 12+ years in corporate professional services and executive search, where I led high-performing teams and partnered closely with senior leaders and stakeholders. My experience includes supporting performance improvement, promotion readiness, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, and strengthening executive presence and decision-making under pressure. My coaching blends self-awareness with practical strategy. Together, we clarify direction, build confidence in how you show up, manage competing demands, and translate insight into grounded action.
