Package Description:
This package includes four 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions, typically scheduled over 4–6 weeks, conducted via Zoom. The focus of this work is to help you gain clarity, reduce mental noise, and build confidence in your career direction. The coaching is tailored to your goals and situation, but commonly includes work such as: - Clarifying what matters most to you at this stage of your career, including values, priorities, and non-negotiables - Identifying strengths, patterns, and areas where you tend to do your best work (often referred to as your “zone of genius”) - Using structured exercises to prioritize what matters most and evaluate how different roles or paths align with your current reality and ideal future state - Exploring options and tradeoffs with greater objectivity and self-trust - Making sense of competing desires, pressures, or expectations - Translating insight into a clear, grounded next-step direction Between sessions, you may receive light reflection exercises or prompts to support continued clarity and momentum. These are designed to deepen insight and help you arrive at sessions prepared, not to create additional pressure or busywork. This package is best suited for professionals seeking clarity and direction. It does not focus on tactical job search execution such as résumé writing, interview preparation, or active job applications.
