Getting the interview invite is a big deal, but it's only half the battle. MBA interviews are evaluating something specific: can you tell your story clearly, show self-awareness, and make the interviewer feel like they'd go to bat for you? I've been a Ross admissions interviewer for two years and I know what lands and what doesn't. This package gives you a clear strategy and real practice reps before the real thing to help you go in confident, prepared, and ready to turn that interview invite into an admit. 1. Interview Strategy -School-specific format breakdown: We'll cover exactly what each school's interview looks like (e.g., format, tone, typical questions, and what they're actually evaluating) so you're not going in blind. -Story selection: We'll identify which of your experiences belong in which answers and make sure you're not over-relying on the same two or three stories across every question. -Question preparation: Coverage of the questions most likely to come up at your target schools, with a clear framework for approaching each one. 2. Mock Interviews & Feedback -Realistic mock sessions: Minimum two live practice runs at the actual pace and format of your target school's interview. -Detailed debrief: After each mock, specific feedback on what's working, what to tighten, and how to handle the moments that didn't go the way you wanted. -Iterative practice: Additional mocks as needed to build consistency and confidence, with clear improvement areas to focus on between sessions. 3. Story Refinement -Behavioral story development: We'll sharpen your best stories, making them specific, concise, and structured so they land cleanly under pressure. -Story Bank review: Asynchronous review of your written stories with feedback on what to adjust before you practice them live. -Weak area targeting: Identification of the types of questions or story categories where you're less prepared, with focused practice to close the gap.

Coaching delivered via live sessions and .
All coaching is delivered through a mix of live sessions and asynchronous feedback. Interview prep and mock sessions happen live, though story review and written prep can happen offline as well. What you can expect from me: -Turnaround time: I return feedback within 24–72 hours on written materials, and often faster. If a deadline is pressing, let me know upfront and I'll prioritize accordingly. -Personalized coaching: I start every engagement by getting to know you as a whole person: your background, goals, what hasn't been easy to explain, and where you want to go. My coaching adapts to you, not the other way around. -Clear, direct feedback: I don't just flag what's working and what's not. I explain why, and I'll push you past surface-level answers when I know there's something stronger underneath. -Organization: All materials, feedback, and drafts are tracked in a shared Google Drive folder so you always know where things stand and nothing gets lost in email chains.

Ross Interviewer | Turning Unconventional Backgrounds Into Winning Stories
I applied to six MBA programs and was accepted to all six, earning scholarships from every school for a total of roughly $750,000 in offers — an outcome that came from deeply understanding what each program values and how to position yourself compellingly. My own journey included raising my GMAT from a 670 to a 760 across multiple attempts, which gave me firsthand experience navigating setbacks and refining strategy under pressure. Beyond my own applications, I've spent two years as an official Ross interviewer and have partnered with Forté to lead multiple workshops on interview prep and maximizing your MBA experience. I've also worked one-on-one with 10+ applicants on everything from school selection and decision-making to essays, resumes, and mock interviews. Whether you are just starting to explore programs or putting the finishing touches on your application, I bring both the insider perspective and the track record to help you put your best foot forward. I've helped applicants gain admission to Kellogg, Wharton, Tuck, Yale SOM, Ross, Fuqua, and more - let's build the story that helps you get there.
