Package Description:

Ross is a school with a specific culture and a specific lens. They're looking for people who lead by example, who collaborate, who know themselves. I know exactly what they're looking for because I'm a Ross alum and I've conducted admissions interviews across every application round for two years. This package is built for applicants who are serious about Ross and want coaching from someone who's been on both sides of the process. We'll work on your essays and your interview to make sure they're telling a story that is not only highlighting the key characteristics Ross values, but is also authentic to you. 1. Ross Application Strategy -Profile positioning for Ross: We'll identify the Ross-specific strengths in your background (e.g., team leadership, cross-functional impact, community contributions) and make sure they're front and center. -Essay strategy: For each Ross prompt, we'll build your angle before you write, so your essays are intentional rather than reactive. - Why Ross specificity: Concrete, well-researched reasons you're choosing Ross that go beyond rankings and won't sound like you swapped in the school name. 2. Essay Development -Brainstorm to draft: Deep-dive session to surface your strongest stories for each prompt, then full feedback cycles from outline through final polish. -Narrative consistency: Essays reviewed together to make sure they're building a coherent picture of who you are, not competing with each other. -Multiple revision rounds: Asynchronous line-by-line feedback until every essay is exactly where it needs to be. 3. Interview Preparation -Ross interview format & expectations: A detailed walkthrough of what Ross interviews look like, what they're evaluating, and how to prepare — informed by my experience running them. -Mock interview + debrief: A live practice session run at the pace and tone of a real Ross interview, followed by specific feedback on delivery, story selection, and what to tighten. -Behavioral story prep: We'll develop and rehearse the stories most likely to come up, making sure they're natural, specific, and landing the right themes.

Coaching delivered via live sessions and .

Live vs. async delivery: All coaching is delivered through a mix of live sessions and asynchronous feedback. Live calls are reserved for the higher-stakes, exploratory work — strategy sessions, story development, school selection, and deep dives into your background. Written materials (resumes, essays, cover letters, behavioral stories) are reviewed asynchronously with detailed inline feedback. Interview prep and mock sessions happen live, though story review and written prep can happen offline as well. What you can expect from me: -Turnaround time: I return feedback within 24–72 hours on written materials, and often faster. If a deadline is pressing, let me know upfront and I'll prioritize accordingly. -Personalized coaching: I start every engagement by getting to know you as a whole person — your background, goals, what hasn't been easy to explain, and where you want to go. My coaching adapts to you, not the other way around. -Clear, direct feedback: I don't just flag what's working and what's not. I explain why, and I'll push you past surface-level answers when I know there's something stronger underneath. -Organization: All materials, feedback, and drafts are tracked in a shared Google Drive folder so you always know where things stand and nothing gets lost in email chains.

Ross Interviewer | Turning Unconventional Backgrounds Into Winning Stories

I applied to six MBA programs and was accepted to all six, earning scholarships from every school for a total of roughly $750,000 in offers — an outcome that came from deeply understanding what each program values and how to position yourself compellingly. My own journey included raising my GMAT from a 670 to a 760 across multiple attempts, which gave me firsthand experience navigating setbacks and refining strategy under pressure. Beyond my own applications, I've spent two years as an official Ross interviewer and have partnered with Forté to lead multiple workshops on interview prep and maximizing your MBA experience. I've also worked one-on-one with 10+ applicants on everything from school selection and decision-making to essays, resumes, and mock interviews. Whether you are just starting to explore programs or putting the finishing touches on your application, I bring both the insider perspective and the track record to help you put your best foot forward. I've helped applicants gain admission to Kellogg, Wharton, Tuck, Yale SOM, Ross, Fuqua, and more - let's build the story that helps you get there.
