Description

Most job searches don't fail because of one big problem. They fail because of one or two small ones, and nobody ever points them out. Maybe it's a resume that buries the achievements that actually matter. Maybe it's a networking approach that gets you conversations but never referrals. Maybe it's how you're answering the first interview question. Whatever it is, it's usually fixable, and it's usually invisible to you because you're the one doing it. That's what the Job Search Diagnosis is for. In this 30-minute, one-on-one live session, you'll walk a coach through your entire job search so far: what you've applied to, how you've been networking, what your interviews have looked like, where things have stalled. The coach isn't there to give you generic advice. They're there to find the specific one or two things that are quietly working against you and tell you exactly what they are. You'll leave the session knowing precisely what's been holding your search back, why it's been happening, and what to do differently starting now.

Find Clarity & Take Smart Risks | Bold Career Pivots | Harvard

I specialize in helping ambitious people find clarity to make career decisions that others call risky. I've coached people through finding new career paths, deciding on grad school, changing jobs, and launching businesses. My clients are leaders and high performers who are considering moves that involve risks or don't fit the traditional narrative—major career pivots, walking away from prestigious opportunities, or choosing the less “safe” option. My approach is rooted in established frameworks—Adult Developmental Theory, Adaptive Leadership, and Immunity to Change, among others. I've received training in leading and managing change from Harvard Kennedy School, Minds at Work, and Cultivating Leadership, and I am currently pursuing my PCC-level ICF coaching certification. Most career coaching is advice-based and about minimizing or managing risk. I help people do something much harder: rebalance your risk appetite and find unconventional ways to take smart risks. My coaching is about rethinking your “negative space” to expand what's possible. Whether you're navigating a pivot or weighing a decision that feels like it defies conventional wisdom, I'll help you find clarity and take action.
