As someone with 20+ years working with high-achieving professionals and executive coaching experience, I help senior leaders translate their P&L responsibility, team leadership, and business complexity into applications that command attention. We begin with a 60-90 minute strategy session where I understand you as a leader, not a list of accomplishments. From there, we structure your remaining hours based on what you need—whether that's positioning your executive narrative, developing essays that showcase leadership depth, or interview preparation that reflects the presence you bring to the boardroom.
