About Jenny
I spent more than 20 years building a career in sales and leadership, working with global brands like Marriott and Airbnb. I’ve led complex negotiations, built enterprise partnerships, trained sales teams, and consulted with start-ups on how to communicate value, build trust, and grow revenue. Along the way, I became deeply interested in something beyond tactics and quotas. I saw how often smart, capable professionals and founders struggled not because they lacked skill, but because selling and influencing felt uncomfortable or misaligned. That curiosity is what led me to coaching. Today, I work as both a sales trainer and coach, supporting professionals inside organizations and start-up founders who want to strengthen their sales and communication skills in a way that feels authentic and effective. My work blends practical sales training with emotional intelligence, helping clients navigate real conversations like handling objections, negotiating with confidence, and showing up with clarity and credibility. I’m also a mom and a business owner, which means I understand pressure, competing priorities, and the need for tools that actually work in real life. I coach with respect for your time, your context, and the human side of work. If you’re looking for a sales trainer and coach who understands the realities of modern selling and can help you grow with confidence and integrity, I’d be glad to explore working together.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve seen, firsthand, how transformative the right support can be. Throughout my career in sales and leadership, I benefited from great managers, mentors, and coaches who helped me see blind spots, build confidence, and navigate high-stakes conversations more effectively. I also saw the contrast when that support was missing. Even highly capable people can get stuck when they’re left to figure everything out on their own. I didn’t come to coaching because something was broken. I came to it because I saw how much stronger people become when they have a thoughtful, objective partner to help them slow down, reflect, and practice new ways of showing up. That belief deepened as I became a mom and business owner, where the margin for error is smaller and the need for clarity is greater. Coaching matters to me because it creates space to think, build skills, and make intentional choices rather than reactive ones. It helps people lead, sell, and communicate in ways that feel aligned with who they are, not who they think they’re supposed to be. I coach because I know how powerful it is to feel supported while you grow.
