Coaching delivered via live sessions and .
My coaching style is structured, honest, and outcome-focused. I work best with clients who value clarity over comfort and want to understand the why behind every recommendation. We typically start with a diagnostic conversation to understand your background, goals, and constraints. From there, I design a clear roadmap tailored to your situation, whether that’s breaking into Investor Relations, preparing for interviews, or repositioning your profile. I don’t follow templates or one-size-fits-all playbooks; every plan is built around your starting point and target role. During sessions, I focus on teaching, not just advising. I explain how hiring managers think, how roles actually work, and how decisions are made, so you can reason independently rather than memorize answers. You’ll get direct feedback on your CV, narratives, and interview responses, no sugarcoating, no vague encouragement, only specific, actionable guidance. I also believe in ethical, transparent mentorship. I don’t ghostwrite, promise outcomes, or push shortcuts. My role is to help you build real capability, confidence, and professional judgment, so you can perform strongly not just in interviews, but in the role itself. Throughout the engagement, I stay engaged, responsive, and invested in your progress. If you’re looking for thoughtful guidance, high standards, and a coach who treats your goals seriously, we’ll work well together.

Break into Investor Relations & Capital Markets | 4+ years in IR | ex-IB
I’m qualified to coach in Investor Relations because I bring 4+ years of hands-on experience working at the core of capital markets communication and senior leadership decision-making. I’ve worked in Investor Relations roles at listed and capital-markets-active companies such as Adler Group and HomeToGo, where I partnered directly with CFOs, CEOs, and senior management on quarterly and annual reporting, earnings preparation, investor presentations, refinancing communication, and strategic capital-markets messaging. My work involved using professional IR tools and data platforms, coordinating with advisors, and engaging with equity and debt investors, sell-side analysts, and rating agencies on a regular (often weekly) basis. This day-to-day exposure gives me a deep understanding of what strong IR teams actually do, from owning the numbers and narrative to handling difficult investor questions and market volatility. I now coach candidates targeting Investor Relations, Capital Markets, Treasury-adjacent, and Corporate Finance roles, including professionals transitioning from investment banking, consulting, FP&A, and strategy. My coaching style is direct, honest, and high-standards. I focus on financial storytelling, capital structure clarity, earnings logic, and executive-level communication, not surface-level interview prep. If you want real IR guidance grounded in real IR work, I’d be happy to help.
