Build a clear, confident story that explains who you are, what you’ve accomplished, and why investment banking is the right next step for you. We’ll develop and refine your answers to the behavioral questions that appear throughout the IB interview process, including your resume walkthrough, why investment banking, why a particular bank or group, strengths and weaknesses, leadership experiences, challenges, career transitions, and other fit-based questions. We’ll also practice realistic follow-up questions and focus on both the substance of your answers and how you communicate them. The goal is to make your story feel natural and authentic while ensuring every answer reinforces why you would be a strong addition to an investment banking team.
