Learn to discuss your transaction experience in a way that demonstrates a real understanding of the deal—not simply the tasks you completed. We’ll select the transactions most likely to come up in interviews and develop a structured approach for discussing the company, industry, strategic rationale, valuation, transaction structure, financing, key challenges, and ultimate outcome. We’ll also make sure you can clearly explain your individual contribution while demonstrating that you understand the broader context of the transaction. Through realistic follow-up questioning, we’ll pressure-test whether you can discuss your deals at both a technical and strategic level.
