Develop the technical foundation and intuition needed to confidently handle investment banking interview questions. We’ll cover the concepts that matter most in IB recruiting, including the three financial statements, accounting, enterprise value versus equity value, trading comparables, precedent transactions, DCF analysis, WACC, terminal value, M&A, accretion and dilution, purchase accounting, and basic LBO concepts. Rather than simply memorizing interview guides, we’ll focus on understanding why the concepts work and how they connect. We’ll then apply that understanding through realistic interview questions and progressively more difficult follow-ups. The goal is for you to understand the material well enough that you can reason through unfamiliar questions rather than relying on memorized answers.
