Prepare for investment banking modeling tests with a structured approach to Excel, financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis. Depending on your recruiting process and experience level, we can work through three-statement modeling, DCF analysis, trading comparables, precedent transactions, financial forecasting, transaction assumptions, and other common modeling exercises. We’ll also focus on Excel efficiency, model structure, formatting, time management, and how to review your work under pressure. The goal is not simply to produce the correct answer. It’s to build a model that is accurate, efficient, easy to follow, and defensible when someone asks you to explain your assumptions and conclusions.
