This is my high-touch MBA admissions package for applicants who want a strategic partner through the full application process. We will work together from the earliest positioning questions through final submission, with the goal of building an application that is not just polished, but clear, differentiated, credible, and deeply aligned with who you are. The MBA application is not a writing assignment. It is a positioning exercise. Every piece of the application needs to answer the same underlying questions: Why MBA? Why now? Why this school? Why you? Why should the admissions committee believe your goals, leadership potential, and fit with the class? As a Wharton MBA, former Wharton admissions fellow, and founder of Ivy Journey, I bring both admissions judgment and career strategy to the process. I will help you pressure-test your goals, identify the strongest through-line in your background, sharpen your leadership evidence, and translate complex experiences into a story that an admissions reader can understand and remember. We will build the application as an integrated whole: school strategy, resume, essays, recommendations, short answers, optional essays, interviews, and final application review. You will still own your story and put in the work, but you will not be trying to figure out the strategy alone. This package is best for serious high-achieving applicants targeting top M7, T15, LBS/Insead or other highly selective MBA programs who want thoughtful, direct, and high-touch guidance across the entire process. This package includes the following, but I am flexible to adapt based on your unique situation and goals: 1. Initial Kickoff and Planning Session: We'll do a kick-off session where you dive deep on your background, goals, experience, potential recommenders, aspirations, and more. From there, we'll build a custom MBA plan that helps you stay on top of your application. 2. School Selection: We will put together a list of best-fit schools based on your profile, goals, and preferences. 3. Application Strategy: We will identify your points of differentiation as an applicant and the best ways for those to shine through your application. 4. MBA Resume: We'll rework your resume and ensure it is dripping with achievement. 5. Recommender Selection: We will talk through all of your potential recommender options, pros and cons of each of them, and then build a plan for engaging with them that leads to the best combination of recommenders possible. 6. Recommender Preparation: We will work together to build out your own recommender prep docs. Those will be polished and handed off to your recommenders with plenty of time before deadlines. 7. Essay Brainstorming: We will do a deep dive into your background and experiences, pulling out themes, perspectives, and qualities that differentiate you. You'll wrestle with various narratives and ensure you are approaching each essay in the best way possible. 8. Essay Editing: After crafting your narrative, we will polish and edit until the essays are ready for submission. As many rounds of feedback and edits included to ensure you have the right final product. 9. Activities & Interests and Awards & Honors: We'll work to select the right extracurriculars, awards, and honors. Those will be polished together. 10. Final Review: I will review and perform final edits on all your application materials, ensuring everything works together and is in tip-top shape before submission. This includes your past work experience, supplemental essays, etc. 11. Interview Preparation: When you receive interview invites, we'll run through mock interviews to ensure you are prepared and confident. 12. Waitlist Strategy (if applicable) — If you're waitlisted, we will walk through creating a targeted action plan to improve your chances of admission.
