I take a hands-on, flexible, and highly responsive approach because I know what it’s like to be under pressure with looming deadlines. My goal is to make sure you’re not just “done” — but submitting an application that feels authentic, polished, and competitive. Live Sessions + Async Coaching – We’ll meet live on Zoom for strategy, brainstorming, and mock interviews, while using Google Docs/Slack/email for async edits and feedback. I return comments and redlines within 24 hours (often faster). Clear Time Cadence, Flexible Support – We’ll map out a week-by-week plan to hit each school’s milestones, but I stay flexible: if you need extra sessions or last-minute support, I’ll add them — no extra charge. Iterative Process Until Done – We’ll refine your essays, resume, and story through multiple iterations until they’re truly ready. You’ll always have actionable next steps and clear guidance. Tactical + Practical Coaching – From recommender strategy to essay storytelling frameworks to mock interviews with tailored feedback, I combine both the high-level admissions strategy and the day-to-day practical execution to get you across the finish line. Empathy from Experience – As someone who applied successfully as a Vietnam-born international to HBS 2+2 and Wharton, I deeply understand the challenges of applying last-minute, balancing time zones, and translating your story across cultures. I bring that lived experience into how I coach.

As a Vietnamese international applicant successfully admitted to Harvard Business School (HBS) and Wharton through their deferred MBA programs in 2022, I bring a distinctive perspective as a woman leader in data science and AI/ML. My professional journey—spanning elite organizations like McKinsey, Fanatics, and Lavendr—demonstrates not only technical expertise and strategic execution in digital transformation but also the compelling storytelling that top MBA programs seek. Leveraging my personal experience navigating admissions as an underrepresented international candidate in tech, I am uniquely positioned to guide and empower aspiring deferred MBA applicants to craft narratives that highlight their own distinctive identities and achievements.
