AI gave everyone access to polished language overnight. What it quietly took away was the specificity that makes you irreplaceable. Recruiters aren't drowning in bad resumes right now, they're drowning in good ones that all sound identical. This package is designed to fix that. Using a framework developed through years of AI workforce research, Stanford classroom teaching, and hundreds of resume reviews, I'll tell you exactly where you disappeared from your own document, what needs to change, and how to use AI to recover your story rather than flatten it further. What's included: π Sprint 1: full audit of your resume against a specific JD using a framework that evaluates what story your resume is currently telling vs. what it needs to say. I'll identify which of the three signals β specificity, through-line, or tension β is holding you back, and you'll leave with a clear, annotated revision brief. π Sprint 2: pressure-test your revised resume and build a positioning framework you carry into interviews, LinkedIn, and every future application. This isn't a one-time fix. It's a system. π¬ Async support between sprints: direct message access for questions and context between submissions. The best outcome isn't a client who keeps coming back. It's a client who doesn't need to!
A clear revision brief after Sprint 1 - a full annotation on your resume plus a written diagnosis of exactly which signal is holding your story back: specificity, through-line, or tension.
A revised resume that has been pressure-tested against a real JD, positioned so that a specific, real human being is visible on every page.
Clarity on the one thing most professionals never get: not just what to change on the resume, but why your story wasn't landing and the framework to make sure it never happens again.
Coaching delivered via .
This package is fully async and scoped to move fast - one resume, one target JD, two sprints, done within a month. When you book, I'll send a short intake note asking for your current resume, the specific JD you're targeting, and two or three honest sentences about what isn't landing. The intake is required - the more specific you are, the sharper the feedback. My feedback is direct and specific - a precise diagnosis of where your story is breaking down and exactly how to fix it. If something isn't working I'll name it clearly and land you your dream next role (ideally with a huge pay bump!)

No Code Required! Stanford AI Researcher & Non-Technical Builder
Most AI coaches will teach you what's possible. I'll help you figure out what's actually worth building and then build it, without writing a single line of code. I've been advising on AI strategy and policy since 2018, well before most professionals were paying attention. I've used AI to automate my own workflows for years, advised a $22B federal department on AI workforce strategy at Deloitte, and built a startup that scaled across 81 countries - entirely with no-code tools. My recent work includes Stanford's Accelerator for Learning, where I've partnered directly with OpenAI and Anthropic, and teaching entrepreneurship at Stanford. I was also selected as one of 40 global experts for the EdSAFE AI Alliance, shaping international frameworks for responsible AI in education and workforce development. What makes my coaching different is the same thing that makes me useful: I'm a non-technical builder, and I'm not embarrassed about it. I know what's achievable without a dev team, without a technical co-founder, and without months of setup. My focus is on prompting methodology: how to engineer the most relevant outputs from AI tools with the least back-and-forth, the lowest risk, and the most durable results. We build systems that hold up after our sessions end. My goal isn't a long coaching relationship. It's to get you AI-native and independent as fast as possible, usually in 2β4 sessions. Every workflow we build, you own. Every prompt we engineer, you understand well enough to adapt yourself. How we work together: We don't start by building. We start by figuring out where AI will actually move the needle for you in your specific role, your actual schedule, and your real goals. That means our first conversation is a workflow audit: where are you losing time, where are you losing momentum, and where is the gap between where you are and where you want to be? From there, we prioritize. Most people have 3β5 high-leverage workflows hiding in plain sight. We identify those, sequence them in order of impact, and build them one by one so every session ends with something you can use tomorrow morning. The workflows are the mechanism. The outcomes are what matter: π° You get the raise: because you finally have a system that captures your wins weekly, not the night before your review. You walk into that conversation with a polished record of impact, not a stressed attempt to remember what you did six months ago. π You get the promotion: because you're visibly operating above your level. AI handles the administrative drag. You spend your time on the work that gets noticed. π You land the job: because your search is no longer a second job. AI-assisted outreach, tailored cover letters in minutes, interview prep that adapts to each company. You apply smarter and show up better. π§ You actually decompress: because the Sunday night dread of "what did I even accomplish this week" disappears when a system captures it for you. Less cognitive load at work means more presence everywhere else. π₯ Your relationships get better: because you're not distracted, behind, or burned out. When your professional life runs on systems, you stop bringing work stress home. You show up differently for the people who matter. Here are some real workflows we build (I use most of them myself): ποΈ Weekly accomplishment generator - paste your calendar and notes into Claude, get a polished weekly summary ready for your manager, your performance review, or LinkedIn. No more Sunday night scramble. π° Competitive research digest - a Make automation monitors your chosen sources and routes them to Claude weekly. One-page brief, actually worth reading. You show up to every conversation informed. βοΈ Content repurposer - one piece of writing goes in, a LinkedIn post, newsletter draft, and three short-form takeaways come out. One input, three outputs, zero blank page. π€ Personal CRM nudger - Make flags contacts you haven't reached in 60+ days, Claude drafts the re-engagement note. Your network stays warm without you having to remember anyone. βοΈ Daily priority engine - dump your task list into Claude each morning, get back a ranked list with reasoning and time estimates. Less decision fatigue, more forward motion. π― Job search accelerator - a system that tracks applications, generates tailored outreach, customizes your resume bullets per role, and preps you for each interview. Your search moves 3Γ faster without 3Γ the effort. My tools of choice are Make and Claude, but the methodology transfers to ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI, and more. Whatever you're working with, we'll meet you there. I'm especially helpful to: π― Non-technical professionals in consulting, finance, education, and government expected to be AI-native but never taught how π Recent college and MBA grads entering roles where AI fluency is assumed but never taught ποΈ Founders and operators who need systems before they can afford systems π Professionals who've experimented with AI tools but haven't made them stick
