Angela has helped clients get into these companies:

Most AI coaches will teach you what's possible. I'll help you figure out what's actually worth building and then build it, without writing a single line of code. I've been advising on AI strategy and policy since 2018, well before most professionals were paying attention. I've used AI to automate my own workflows for years, advised a $22B federal department on AI workforce strategy at Deloitte, and built a startup that scaled across 81 countries - entirely with no-code tools. My recent work includes Stanford's Accelerator for Learning, where I've partnered directly with OpenAI and Anthropic, and teaching entrepreneurship at Stanford. I was also selected as one of 40 global experts for the EdSAFE AI Alliance, shaping international frameworks for responsible AI in education and workforce development. What makes my coaching different is the same thing that makes me useful: I'm a non-technical builder, and I'm not embarrassed about it. I know what's achievable without a dev team, without a technical co-founder, and without months of setup. My focus is on prompting methodology: how to engineer the most relevant outputs from AI tools with the least back-and-forth, the lowest risk, and the most durable results. We build systems that hold up after our sessions end. My goal isn't a long coaching relationship. It's to get you AI-native and independent as fast as possible, usually in 2–4 sessions. Every workflow we build, you own. Every prompt we engineer, you understand well enough to adapt yourself. How we work together: We don't start by building. We start by figuring out where AI will actually move the needle for you in your specific role, your actual schedule, and your real goals. That means our first conversation is a workflow audit: where are you losing time, where are you losing momentum, and where is the gap between where you are and where you want to be? From there, we prioritize. Most people have 3–5 high-leverage workflows hiding in plain sight. We identify those, sequence them in order of impact, and build them one by one so every session ends with something you can use tomorrow morning. The workflows are the mechanism. The outcomes are what matter: πŸ’° You get the raise: because you finally have a system that captures your wins weekly, not the night before your review. You walk into that conversation with a polished record of impact, not a stressed attempt to remember what you did six months ago. πŸ“ˆ You get the promotion: because you're visibly operating above your level. AI handles the administrative drag. You spend your time on the work that gets noticed. πŸ” You land the job: because your search is no longer a second job. AI-assisted outreach, tailored cover letters in minutes, interview prep that adapts to each company. You apply smarter and show up better. 🧘 You actually decompress: because the Sunday night dread of "what did I even accomplish this week" disappears when a system captures it for you. Less cognitive load at work means more presence everywhere else. πŸ‘₯ Your relationships get better: because you're not distracted, behind, or burned out. When your professional life runs on systems, you stop bringing work stress home. You show up differently for the people who matter. Here are some real workflows we build (I use most of them myself): πŸ—“οΈ Weekly accomplishment generator - paste your calendar and notes into Claude, get a polished weekly summary ready for your manager, your performance review, or LinkedIn. No more Sunday night scramble. πŸ“° Competitive research digest - a Make automation monitors your chosen sources and routes them to Claude weekly. One-page brief, actually worth reading. You show up to every conversation informed. ✍️ Content repurposer - one piece of writing goes in, a LinkedIn post, newsletter draft, and three short-form takeaways come out. One input, three outputs, zero blank page. 🀝 Personal CRM nudger - Make flags contacts you haven't reached in 60+ days, Claude drafts the re-engagement note. Your network stays warm without you having to remember anyone. β˜€οΈ Daily priority engine - dump your task list into Claude each morning, get back a ranked list with reasoning and time estimates. Less decision fatigue, more forward motion. 🎯 Job search accelerator - a system that tracks applications, generates tailored outreach, customizes your resume bullets per role, and preps you for each interview. Your search moves 3Γ— faster without 3Γ— the effort. My tools of choice are Make and Claude, but the methodology transfers to ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI, and more. Whatever you're working with, we'll meet you there. I'm especially helpful to: 🎯 Non-technical professionals in consulting, finance, education, and government expected to be AI-native but never taught how πŸŽ“ Recent college and MBA grads entering roles where AI fluency is assumed but never taught πŸ—οΈ Founders and operators who need systems before they can afford systems πŸ” Professionals who've experimented with AI tools but haven't made them stick

About Angela

I take on a small number of clients each round and am intentional about who I work with. The intro call is where I figure out whether I can genuinely move the needle for you and make sure we're set up for the best possible outcome together! 🎯 I'm an Entrepreneurship Instructor at Stanford who teaches ambitious founders while coaching high-achievers into M7 MBAs, top Masters programs, elite careers, and AI-native ways of working πŸ† I attended two of the world's most selective programs: Stanford's Master's in International Policy (fewer than 30 students annually) and UPenn's Huntsman Dual Degree Program (50 students globally) πŸ’Ό Previously I was a recruiting lead at Deloitte, where I hired for both campus and experienced roles across consulting. I've also founded Stanford's Education Entrepreneurship Hub and serve as an angel investor backing early-stage founders ❀️ I was the unlikely admit who became the insider β€” growing up, I never imagined I'd be teaching at Stanford or helping others crack the code of elite institutions. That outsider-turned-insider perspective is exactly why my clients succeed where others don't! πŸ“Š By the numbers β€” across all coaching categories: 5.0 rating Β· 54 reviews Β· 400+ hours coached Β· Supercoach & Top Coach 2026 πŸŽ“ MBA: All M7 programs β€” HBS, GSB, Wharton, Booth, Sloan, Kellogg, CBS β€” and T15 programs with multiple scholarship wins πŸ›οΈ Masters: Clients admitted across Policy, Education, Engineering, Data Science & more at Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Princeton, and more πŸ’Ό Career: McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PE funds, Big Tech (Apple, Microsoft, Tesla, NVIDIA, etc.) startups across various roles - Chief of Staff, Strat & Ops, SWE πŸš€ Startups: Y Combinator, NEO, Techstars Β· pre-seed rounds closed Β· MVPs shipped in weeks πŸ€– AI: Professionals going from AI-curious to AI-native in 2–4 sessions Β· workflows that stick I specialize in supporting: – MBA – M7 MBA candidates from tech/entrepreneurship professionals who need help framing the scale of their impact, consulting/finance backgrounds who need differentiation, international applicants navigating the U.S.-specific nuances, and career changers with complex narratives requiring strategic positioning – MASTERS – Innovation programs (e.g. Stanford Learning Design & Technology, Managemnt Science & Engineering, etc,) programs, plus other competitive graduate programs requiring compelling personal statements and clear career vision. – STARTUP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP – First-time founders seeking product-market fit (I teach entrepreneurship courses at Stanford and mentor through various accelerator programs) and fundraising-focused founders. My angel investing and founder experience gives me unique insight into what makes ventures compelling. – AI COACHING – Non-technical professionals, founders, and operators who want to build AI-native workflows, automate their work, and develop AI strategy without writing a single line of code. – GENERAL CAREER COACHING – High-achieving professionals navigating career transitions, leadership development, and strategic positioning for competitive roles across industries – Final Thoughts – ⚑ My Approach: I don't do hand-holding. I do strategic clarity, honest feedback, and premium results. Clients describe working with me as the difference between hoping for the best and making success inevitable. πŸ’° My coaching is premium because the outcomes are premium: I work with a select group of high-achieving clients each cycle who are serious about results, not just participation. When you invest in working with me, you're accessing insider knowledge that most consultants simply don't have! πŸš€ Ready to Get Started? If you're serious about securing admits to programs that will define your future, let's talk. I work exclusively with ambitious professionals who understand that the right strategy, insider knowledge, and proven execution aren't just nice-to-have, they're non-negotiable.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I know what it feels like to wonder if doors like Stanford are meant for someone like me. My mentors believed in me before I believed in myself and that changed everything. Now, I get to be that person for others. The mentors who transformed my life didn't just give me strategy – they gave me permission to dream bigger and the tools to make it happen. That's exactly what I do for my clients. My approach is different: I don't just help you reach a goal, I help you discover the leader you're becoming. Through our intensive work together, you'll uncover your authentic story, clarify what you actually want, and build the unshakeable confidence that top programs, companies, investors, and hiring managers recognize immediately. By the time you walk into that room β€” whether it's an admissions committee, a job interview, a pitch meeting, or a strategic decision that shapes your career β€” you won't just be prepared. You'll be transformed. You'll own your story and feel like you absolutely belong. That transformation is what drives everything I do.
