No Code Required! Stanford AI Researcher & Non-Technical Builder

Most AI coaches will teach you what's possible. I'll help you figure out what's actually worth building and then build it, without writing a single line of code. I've been advising on AI strategy and policy since 2018, well before most professionals were paying attention. I've used AI to automate my own workflows for years, advised a $22B federal department on AI workforce strategy at Deloitte, and built a startup that scaled across 81 countries - entirely with no-code tools. My recent work includes Stanford's Accelerator for Learning, where I've partnered directly with OpenAI and Anthropic, and teaching entrepreneurship at Stanford. I was also selected as one of 40 global experts for the EdSAFE AI Alliance, shaping international frameworks for responsible AI in education and workforce development. What makes my coaching different is the same thing that makes me useful: I'm a non-technical builder, and I'm not embarrassed about it. I know what's achievable without a dev team, without a technical co-founder, and without months of setup. My focus is on prompting methodology: how to engineer the most relevant outputs from AI tools with the least back-and-forth, the lowest risk, and the most durable results. We build systems that hold up after our sessions end. My goal isn't a long coaching relationship. It's to get you AI-native and independent as fast as possible, usually in 2–4 sessions. Every workflow we build, you own. Every prompt we engineer, you understand well enough to adapt yourself. How we work together: We don't start by building. We start by figuring out where AI will actually move the needle for you in your specific role, your actual schedule, and your real goals. That means our first conversation is a workflow audit: where are you losing time, where are you losing momentum, and where is the gap between where you are and where you want to be? From there, we prioritize. Most people have 3–5 high-leverage workflows hiding in plain sight. We identify those, sequence them in order of impact, and build them one by one so every session ends with something you can use tomorrow morning. The workflows are the mechanism. The outcomes are what matter: 💰 You get the raise: because you finally have a system that captures your wins weekly, not the night before your review. You walk into that conversation with a polished record of impact, not a stressed attempt to remember what you did six months ago. 📈 You get the promotion: because you're visibly operating above your level. AI handles the administrative drag. You spend your time on the work that gets noticed. 🔍 You land the job: because your search is no longer a second job. AI-assisted outreach, tailored cover letters in minutes, interview prep that adapts to each company. You apply smarter and show up better. 🧘 You actually decompress: because the Sunday night dread of "what did I even accomplish this week" disappears when a system captures it for you. Less cognitive load at work means more presence everywhere else. 👥 Your relationships get better: because you're not distracted, behind, or burned out. When your professional life runs on systems, you stop bringing work stress home. You show up differently for the people who matter. Here are some real workflows we build (I use most of them myself): 🗓️ Weekly accomplishment generator - paste your calendar and notes into Claude, get a polished weekly summary ready for your manager, your performance review, or LinkedIn. No more Sunday night scramble. 📰 Competitive research digest - a Make automation monitors your chosen sources and routes them to Claude weekly. One-page brief, actually worth reading. You show up to every conversation informed. ✍️ Content repurposer - one piece of writing goes in, a LinkedIn post, newsletter draft, and three short-form takeaways come out. One input, three outputs, zero blank page. 🤝 Personal CRM nudger - Make flags contacts you haven't reached in 60+ days, Claude drafts the re-engagement note. Your network stays warm without you having to remember anyone. ☀️ Daily priority engine - dump your task list into Claude each morning, get back a ranked list with reasoning and time estimates. Less decision fatigue, more forward motion. 🎯 Job search accelerator - a system that tracks applications, generates tailored outreach, customizes your resume bullets per role, and preps you for each interview. Your search moves 3× faster without 3× the effort. My tools of choice are Make and Claude, but the methodology transfers to ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI, and more. Whatever you're working with, we'll meet you there. I'm especially helpful to: 🎯 Non-technical professionals in consulting, finance, education, and government expected to be AI-native but never taught how 🎓 Recent college and MBA grads entering roles where AI fluency is assumed but never taught 🏗️ Founders and operators who need systems before they can afford systems 🔁 Professionals who've experimented with AI tools but haven't made them stick
