Andrew’s Break Into AI Careers Qualifications
Experience level: Associate
AI Certified
Completed Level 1 of Leland’s AI Builder Program
Andrew has helped clients get into these companies:
Most hiring managers in 2026 expect candidates to work with AI. Most candidates can't demonstrate it. Leland's own data found that only 10% of HR and L&D leaders believe their teams have the AI skills they need, and that gap is exactly where candidates can stand out. I work in People Analytics at JPMC using AI tools daily to analyze workforce data and automate analyst workflows. I'm also completing Leland's AI Builder Program, a live, cohort-based program that turns knowledge workers into people who ship real agents and workflows. In Level 1 alone, I built an intake process for my coaching clients before intake calls and a custom portfolio website. I'm not teaching theory. I'm coaching from inside the transition. I don't just teach you how to use AI tools. I teach you to direct them, and to show up in an interview as someone who already does.

About Andrew
I didn't go looking for this. Leland reached out, saw something in my background, and asked if I'd consider coaching on the platform. I said yes, and pretty quickly realized how much I'd missed being able to directly impact someone's life this way. A new job isn't just a new job. It changes how someone feels about their future, their family, their options. A few years ago, I made a career pivot of my own, from full-cycle recruiting into data and analytics. I've sat in high-stakes interviews and had to prove my value in rooms where I wasn't the obvious choice. That experience gave me real empathy for where my clients are sitting when they reach out. Outside of work, I'm a husband and father of two young kids. Life is full, and I imagine if you're reaching out to a coach, yours might be too. Between a full-time role at JPMorganChase, building AI skills on the side, and coaching, I've learned a lot about making real progress even when time and energy are limited. That's often the bigger challenge than the resume or LinkedIn itself. 1:1 coaching is where I spend most of my time and where I do my best work. I bring both sides of my experience to the table, the person who's reviewed resumes and made hiring decisions, and the person who's had to figure out his own next move. I'm not here to take credit for your success. I'm here to give you the tools and the clarity to claim it yourself. If any of this sounds familiar, I'd love to help.
Why do I coach?
I believe a career is more than a paycheck. It's something you build with intention, not just something that happens to you. I've made a career pivot myself. I've sat in high-stakes interviews and had to prove my value in rooms where I wasn't the obvious choice. Those experiences gave me real empathy for where my clients are sitting when they reach out. I coach from a place of humility. I'm not here to take credit for your success. I'm here to give you the tools and the clarity to claim it yourself. The best part of this work is watching someone go from stuck and overwhelmed to confident and ready. That's what keeps me in it.
