Most hiring managers in 2026 expect candidates to work with AI. Most candidates can't demonstrate it. Leland's own data found that only 10% of HR and L&D leaders believe their teams have the AI skills they need, and that gap is exactly where candidates can stand out. I work in People Analytics at JPMC using AI tools daily to analyze workforce data and automate analyst workflows.
