I graduated in three years from the University of Miami with a Bachelors degree in the fields of Environmental Science and Economics. After coaching over 100 students in academic and test preparation, working for a test prep company, and providing management and support for undergraduate students in the University of Miami Herbert Business School, I decided to pursue GMAT preparation. I am confidently able to solve the hardest questions given in the quant and verbal sections of the GMAT, and I am confident that I can help you on your journey. I also worked for a test prep company where I gained valuable skills and insights into guaranteeing score increases with all the students I worked with. I have a proven step by step system to raise your score. It starts with learning the key concepts that are tested and then applying these concepts in real test questions from tests. I have tutored the GMAT and GRE for 10 years. I worked for Kaplan and a couple of other tutoring firms before striking out on my own 8 years ago. I developed a unique approach to mastering the content presented on the GMAT and GRE, and I also help students structure the entirety of their studying process and provide a comprehensive approach including homework and practice tests. I've tutored over 900 students, most of whom have gone on to attend all of the Top 7 MBA programs, as well as top schools in Europe. I love helping people who are struggling with their progress, giving them a fresh approach, and seeing them finally get the score they are capable of. I have personally taken the GMAT and GRE more times than any person I'm earth, that I'm aware of. I have score 790 multiple times, in addition to many 780s and 770s. The only way to do well on the GMAT and the GRE is to understand the material and to know how to answer the questions. Cheats and guessing strategies don’t work, and you can’t “beat” or “outsmart” the tests. I am a Certified Teacher who has taught the material that appears on these tests in school. MY APPROACH IS TO TEACH YOU THE CONCEPTS AND SKILLS YOU NEED TO ANSWER THE TEST QUESTIONS CORRECTLY. I scored in the 99th percentile on the GMAT and the SAT, and I have a thorough understanding of the tests. I am a writer, with excellent language skills. As a Certified Teacher, I have 20-plus years’ experience as a teacher, tutor, test prep coach, and business trainer. I am a former teacher of high school math – exactly the math that appears on the tests – and of English grammar and writing. I am a trained and certified teacher. I have a Bachelor of Education degree and Adult Education training. I also have an MBA and have worked on Wall St as a Vice President at a major financial institution, as well as in several other business and management positions.

My expertise lies in empowering my clients to excel in the quantitative section of the GMAT. With a background in product management and technology, I've developed a knack for simplifying complex numerical concepts, making them accessible even to those who may not have a strong math background. Between the actual exams, tryout exams for jobs, and personal diagnostic exams, I have never scored below 99th-percentile on the LSAT, GMAT, nor GRE. I started in the industry in 2002 with Kaplan, and founded my own company in 2005. I was one of Veritas's (acquired by Varsity Tutors as their elite program) first instructors and a go-to instructor for most of their existence, teaching literally coast-to-coast until moving off of their grid in 2017. Career highlights include successfully writing and then teaching my own LSAT course, teaching over a dozen GMAT classes at Booth School of Business at University of Chicago, and tutoring around Silicon Valley at locations such as the Google campus, Stanford, and the San Francisco Financial District. In short, I've taught and tutored thousands of students within the elite model used by Veritas, Manhattan, and others, in which the highest-scoring instructors teach in small classrooms and focus on higher-end analytic aspects of the exam. I wrote my own LSAT course, and I contributed to the highly-regarded Veritas course and books. My students have gone on to attend the best law and business schools in the world.
