He was also a vice president at Red Arts Capital, a senior associate at Madison Dearborn Partners, a consultant at Boston Consulting Group and an associate at General Electric. He is also on the board of directors of A Red Orchid Theatre. He was on the board of directors of The Printing Museum. Dozie earned a bachelor of science, magna cum laude, in electrical engineering from the honors college of University of Mississippi, a master of supply chain management from Pennsylvania State University, a master of public policy from University of Cambridge as a Gates Cambridge Scholar, and a master of business administration from Harvard Business School.

As an MBA graduate at The Wharton School and an MA graduate at The Lauder Institute, I bring a unique blend of business acumen and international perspective to my coaching. I targeted joint degree programs in International Relations/Public Policy and was also admitted to Columbia MBA/SIPA, Yale MBA/SIPA, Harvard Kennedy School, and LSE. My professional journey includes international and impact-focused roles such as an MBA Strategy Intern at Brazilian climate-tech Courageous Land, an Investment Associate with Wharton Impact Investing Partners, and a Summer Associate at Arborview Capital, all of which have honed my strategic and analytical skills. I successfully completed the transition to impact investing through grad school and am now at JPMorgan Chase on the Impact Finance team. With experience in emerging markets sales and trading at Jefferies, I have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and what it takes to succeed. I earned my MBA at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth after a career as a physician, with a Yale MPH along the way.
