MBA Admissions Strategist w/ 100% Success Rate | Kellogg MBA
With over twenty years of multifaceted professional and MBA admissions consulting experience, I bring a perspective that most consultants simply can’t replicate. My career has taken me from Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations practice and Samsung’s Global Strategy Group in Seoul to the operating teams of multiple tech startups and the halls of higher education, where I have coached MBA candidates at UCLA Anderson and USC Marshall. I understand what admissions committees at top programs are looking for, because I’ve lived the kinds of careers they want to see and I know how to help you frame your story in the most compelling way possible. My commitment is to help you articulate your unique story and personal brand in an authentic and engaging way. I ensure that every aspect of your application, from essays and resumes to recommendations and interviews, reflects your full potential. Whether you need comprehensive end-to-end guidance or targeted assistance with a specific component, I provide honest, actionable feedback and individualized hands-on support. I work with a select group of clients each cycle—to give each engagement the attention it deserves and ensure that no one gets lost in the shuffle. The results speak for themselves: ➤ 100% of clients receive admissions offers ➤ 90% of clients admitted to one or more M7 programs ➤ Clients admitted to HBS, Stanford GSB, Wharton, Kellogg, Booth, MIT Sloan, CBS, Berkeley Haas, NYU Stern, Yale SOM, Fuqua, and Tuck I hold an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Swarthmore College.$249/hr

Ex-NYU AdCom & LDP Lead | Certified Coach | Legit Expertise + Peer Approach
I'm Oren Margolis, a former Senior Associate Director of MBA Admissions at NYU Stern, where I evaluated thousands of applications and represented the school globally. Now, I leverage that experience to help applicants navigate the MBA admissions process with clarity and confidence. My approach is straightforward and supportive, focusing on bringing out your genuine story rather than fitting you into a mold. I recognize that the admissions process is.... a lot - I'll push you to make sure you're reaching your full potential and leaving nothing off the table, while also coaching through the inherent stress and anxiety that comes along with the process. Whether you're a traditional applicant or come from a non-traditional background, I provide strategic guidance tailored to your unique path. My clients have gained admission to top Full-time, Part-time, and Executive MBA programs at schools including Harvard, Wharton, Booth, Kellogg, MIT Sloan, Fuqua, Darden, Columbia, Yale, Anderson, Marshall, Haas, Tuck, Stanford GSB, and Stern. I have a particular interest in working with LGBTQ applicants and also enjoy working with underrepresented groups and "nontraditional” applicants.$385/hr

Harvard MBA | Received 4 Full Scholarships to T-12 | 50+ M7 Admits
Hi! I love coaching for the MBA category because of how difficult it was for me to apply to MBAs without a coach or a strong support network. My MBA at Harvard Business School and being an Admissions Fellow there, I was equipped with firsthand insights into the MBA admissions process. I believe my ability to weave together a strong, compelling, and coherent narrative allowed me to receive 4 full scholarships to T-12 schools, and I want to coach others to reach their goals. The process can be overwhelming and I look forward to helping you throughout your journey by creating a customized approach. I have helped over 50 students get accepted to M7 MBA programs.$249/hr

Dual MBA/MPA | Stanford & Princeton | Knight-Hennessy
Hey there! I'm Katie—I earned dual MBA/MPA degrees at Stanford GSB and SPIA, and coach admissions for MBA, MPA, and fellowship programs for graduate and undergraduate students. I can't wait to meet you and learn more about how we can turn your dreams into achievable goals, together. I grew up in Tennessee, and got life-changing opportunities to gain a higher education through three fully-paid programs: the Jefferson Scholarship, the Knight-Hennessy Scholarship, and Princeton SPIA's funded MPA program. I've successfully navigated admissions to multiple MBA and MPA programs, and have weighed virtually every combination of joint degree and fellowship program out there. I know how high-stakes these application processes can feel, and how important it is to develop an application and interview in a way that reflects what you uniquely bring to the table. Beyond my own experience, I've spent six years serving on scholarship and admissions selection committees. I've seen how reviewers read applications, what makes essays memorable, and how candidates can avoid common obstacles in the process. I've coached +20 students through every stage of the process—from preparing for standardized tests and identifying the right programs, to crafting compelling narratives and preparing for interviews that feel authentic. Beyond working in investment policy, I love exploring running routes through my new hometown of San Francisco, dabbling on the piano, playing tennis at the park up the street, and hosting dinner parties with my wife.$199/hr

Wharton MBA, Below-Avg GMAT & TOEFL | Int'l | Scholarships | Dual Degree
I got into Wharton with a GMAT of 710 and TOEFL of 106, both well below the school's average. I also received scholarship and fellowship offers from NYU Stern and Michigan Ross. My test scores didn't define my application. What stood out was my unique story: diverse career pivots across functions and markets, a niche in entrepreneurship, design thinking, and EdTech, and a track record of doing things others thought impossible (like publishing two books before ever working in corporate). I leaned into what made me different, not what made me "the same best" as everyone else. That's the biggest mistake I see applicants make: trying to fit into what they think MBA programs want. But admissions committees aren't looking for the "best" candidate. They're looking for a diverse class of unique individuals. Your job isn't to be perfect. It's to be distinctly you. I pursued a dual degree, MBA and Master's in Education, at Penn because I'm genuinely passionate about empowering others. That same passion drives my coaching today. I also know what it feels like to work with big-name consultants who don't remember your story and give generic advice. My approach is different. I offer personalized support and help you uncover and articulate what makes you stand out. Whether you're an international student, a career changer, or still deciding if an MBA is the right path, I'm here to help you figure it out.$119/hr

Let Me Talk You Out of Getting an MBA
As a tech founder and writer, I help ambitious candidates stand out in elite admissions by telling their story with clarity, conviction, and craft. I was one of roughly 30 students admitted to both Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School in my year, earning three prestigious fellowships along the way and later being recognized as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. I understand how competitive admissions committees think — and what separates memorable applicants from merely impressive ones. What sets me apart is that I don’t believe an MBA is right for everyone — and I bring that discernment into my coaching. Before we optimize your application, we start with a candid conversation about whether this degree truly aligns with your goals, timing, and trajectory. If the answer is yes, I help you articulate who you are and present your story with clarity, confidence, and depth. I’ve been working with high-achieving students on career and personal development since my time at Harvard, and I bring that same rigor and care to every applicant I coach.$111/hr
