I’m Aric, a graduate admissions coach with years of experience guiding students into top Master’s programs. As a former Assistant Director at Harvard Business School, I’ve worked directly with hundreds of graduate students and know what it takes to stand out in a highly competitive applicant pool. I help candidates strengthen every part of their application—from choosing the right programs and refining their personal statements to preparing for interviews and securing strong recommendations. With degrees from the University of Oxford and Columbia University, I bring a strong academic foundation in both business and the humanities. Professionally, I serve as the Head of Programming at the United Nations Global Compact Network USA, where I lead initiatives that support over 1,000 U.S. companies - including many in the Fortune 500 - on strategy, leadership, and sustainability. My earlier experience at the International Chamber of Commerce and Bain & Company sharpened my skills in strategic analysis, stakeholder engagement, and program development. Admits to HBS, Stanford, Wharton, and INSEAD. Most of the people I coached came in convinced they were a long shot. The profile was never the problem. The framing was. I also now interview candidates as an alumni interviewer for INSEAD, so I've seen both sides of the table: what actually lands, and what doesn't. And unlike most coaches, I'll help you think past the application itself: whether the degree makes sense for where you want to go, what the post-grad paths really look like, and whether the tradeoffs are worth it. That conversation doesn't come up enough — but it's usually the most important one.
