I'm a Product Manager at Microsoft, where I help drive the adoption of cutting-edge identity protection technologies across enterprise customers. I made PM2 in just 18 months as a new grad and have led cross-functional efforts that ship at scale and deliver measurable user impact. I've coached aspiring PMs from undergrad to industry transitions, offering guidance on interviews, storytelling, and navigating career growth in Big Tech. I bring a mix of practical frameworks, honest feedback, and real-world experience to help clients stand out.

I have a wide breadth of experience in all aspects of product management and product leadership, inclusive of vision & strategy, discovery, execution, go-to-market, and everything in between. I've worked at startups, medium-sized SaaS companies, and most recently I spent 7 years at The Home Depot navigating tremendous technical, operational, and organizational complexity. In my final years at The Home Depot I helped build their Center of Excellence team and developed frameworks and training used by hundreds of product teams and leaders. I also worked hand-in-hand with multiple VPs as part of an organizational transformation, where AI was a key strategic component. I have coached several people, both formally and informally, in recent years. Since leaving The Home Depot I have focused on multiple AI-centric experiments and am actively working with a team to build an AI-powered application focused on the construction industry.

I take a highly supportive approach to coaching and aim to create an environment in which my clients can be completely open about their worries so I can be the best possible coach for them. That said, you can expect me to be constructively candid – because coaching is about challenging you and accelerating your growth, not making you feel good so I can collect a check. I was an interviewer at both Google and Facebook and have spent many hours "on the other side of the table." I can give you a strong sense for how you might be perceived by hiring managers and recruiters.
