I’m an Executive and Performance Mindset Coach with 25 years of experience as a U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Officer, during which I led high-performing teams in complex, high-stakes environments worldwide. I specialize in helping driven professionals develop clarity under pressure, regulate their energy, and lead with intention—especially when the demands are high, and the path forward isn’t obvious. Before I started coaching, I spent nearly two decades in the corporate technology sector. I understand what it means to operate inside large, complex organisations, to navigate competing priorities, to lead through ambiguity, and to be visible in environments where the margin for error feels narrow. I bring over a decade of experience working with senior leaders at Microsoft and in institutional governance, with deep expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and strategic HR. At Microsoft, I’ve coached CVPs through critical transitions, guided leadership teams through post-acquisition integration, and helped executives gain clarity on complex decisions amid competing priorities. I’ve also served as Chair of the Bowdoin College Alumni Council and its Diversity Committee, leading governance and strategic decision-making at the institutional level. My approach is grounded in real-world experience with power dynamics, organizational complexity, and the isolation that comes with senior leadership. I specialize in creating space for leaders to surface unseen blockers, strengthen their decision-making, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
