Do we find our purpose—or does it find us? I grew up inspired by a story about my father: a single act of kindness during World War II led him to become a doctor instead of going to war. That moment showed me how small actions, aligned with who we are, can change everything. My own path has been anything but linear—starting as a Broadway costume designer, then moving into technology, strategy, and operations leadership in Fortune 500 companies and startups. Along the way, I’ve founded a company, earned a utility patent, and taught graduate-level project management at NYU. Today, I coach leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals ready to step into their next chapter—whether that’s navigating career transitions, leading teams, or building something new.
