In my role advising master’s students at Hult International Business School, I worked closely with a highly international student body pursuing careers in AI, data science, data analytics, business analytics, and technology. I coached students on positioning their backgrounds for these rapidly evolving fields, helping them craft compelling resumes and LinkedIn profiles, build strategic networks, prepare for interviews, and negotiate offers in the U.S. job market. My background also combines global business experience, strategy, and evidence based coaching. I hold an MBA in Finance and began my career in global finance with Merrill Lynch, where I worked on cross border transactions and collaborated with diverse teams in high pressure environments. Today, as a CPCC-certified coach through the Co-Active Training Institute, I integrate career strategy with leadership development and mindset work helping professionals overcome imposter syndrome, clarify their strengths, and confidently transition into AI and technology careers. This blend of coaching expertise, global business perspective, and hands-on experience advising graduate students entering AI-related roles enables me to guide clients with both practical strategy and deep developmental support

I was the founder and CEO of a YC-backed AI infrastructure startup, Superpowered AI (YC S22). Then I built a popular open-source retrieval engine, dsRAG (1.5k stars), that achieves state-of-the-art performance on challenging RAG benchmarks like FinanceBench. Now I consult with startups to help them build high-performance applications with LLMs.
