Breaking into AI right now can feel incredibly opaque, and most of the advice out there is either too generic or disconnected from how teams are actually hiring. I help operators cut through that noise and make the shift into AI in a way that’s strategic, credible, and grounded in reality. I work at the intersection of product and strategy, helping teams transform their operations to be AI-native. That means I’m not looking at this from the outside: I’m in the room, seeing what skills actually matter, how roles are evolving, and what makes someone stand out (or get overlooked). I understand how to translate existing experience into something that resonates in an AI context -- especially for operators who don’t come from traditional technical backgrounds. If you’re trying to move from “AI-curious” to actually positioned for real opportunities, I’ll help you get clear on your angle, focus on what moves the needle, and build a story that hiring teams believe. No fluff, no over-complication -- just a smart, practical path forward.

About Elizabeth
I spent fifteen years in big tech building the systems that help people work alongside things they didn't create and don't fully trust yet. I led knowledge management and AI transformation at companies like Meta, TikTok, and Instagram, and somewhere along the way I became the person you handed something chaotic and ambiguous so it could come back as something people could actually use. Two master's degrees, a tidy-looking résumé, the whole thing. Then this past May, I was laid off. Suddenly, and to my surprise. Instead of going straight back out, I gave myself six weeks to build the things I'd only ever talked about. In that window I launched three companies, one of which sold out its first run in under 48 hours, and I ran the entire back office on an AI system I built myself, all while raising two kids under five. I'm not telling you this from the comfortable other side of the story. I'm in it right now, in real time, with the wins and the floor underneath them. That's what I bring to coaching: the current, lived version of reinventing your work when the path you were on disappears. I'm in it today, which means I remember how it feels at the very start, the fear and the thrill both. I'm warm, I'm direct, and I'm a systems thinker at heart, so I'll help you build the real scaffolding under the scary thing you want to do: the structure, the steps, the next right move. If you've ever loved your work and your people both and been told to pick, or you're standing at the start of something terrifying and a little thrilling, we'll get along.
Why do I coach?
The favorite part of every leadership role I've had was never hitting the number or shipping the product. It was the moment someone on my team realized they were capable of more than they'd let themselves believe, and their whole posture changed. I've spent years helping people see that in themselves, and it's the part of managing I miss most. For a long time I was also the person who needed it. I'm very good at wanting things without saying so out loud, hedging my own ambitions down to a number small enough that I couldn't fail at it. It took getting laid off, and finally building the businesses I'd circled for years, to learn that the asking was never the dangerous part. It was the only part that was ever in my hands. That's why I coach. Most people don't need more information. They need someone who sees what they're capable of before they fully can, and who helps them build the concrete steps to get there. I want to be that person for you, the way I wish I'd had it sooner.
