Additionally, my experience as a Consultant at Environmental Defense Fund and PepsiCo has equipped me with a unique perspective on sustainable investment strategies. Welcome to my profile! I bring experience across both public and private market investing, with a background spanning the buy side and sell side in Fixed Income at J.P. Morgan and Jefferies. Most recently, I worked in climate-focused growth equity, where I supported company valuations, portfolio initiatives, and client outreach and fundraising efforts. Alongside my investing work, I’ve spent a lot of time mentoring and coaching others through recruiting and career decisions. In two prior roles, I also ran intern programs, which gave me direct insight into what hiring managers look for in interviews beyond technical skill. I come from a liberal arts background myself and have successfully pivoted across functions within finance, so I’m especially comfortable helping candidates navigate nontraditional paths. With over two decades of experience in asset management and private equity, I bring a wealth of knowledge to help you navigate the complexities of the industry. As a Partner at Sonamu Energy and Managing Partner at Moser Capital, I've led market expansion, sales optimization, and strategic partnerships, as well as managed multi-billion investment portfolios while at Alliance Capital. My tenure as Managing Director at Robeco and Blackstone has honed my expertise in capital acquisition and renewable energy investments. I am qualified to coach in asset management careers because I combine advanced technical training with real-world understanding of buy-side expectations. I am a CFA Charterholder and hold a Master’s in Quantitative Finance from the Barcelona School of Economics, as well as a Master’s in Research in Finance. This background gives me a deep, practical understanding of asset pricing, market behavior, portfolio construction, and the limits of financial models, knowledge that is directly relevant to analyst and investment roles in asset management. In parallel, I have coached and mentored students and professionals pursuing buy-side careers, helping them bridge the gap between academic finance and the realities of asset management teams. My coaching focuses on positioning candidates with technical credibility, sharpening their investment thinking, and preparing them for interviews, case discussions, and real investment conversations.
