Seasoned strategy consultant and AI coach with over a decade of experience leading operational and systems transformations across U.S. government agencies, startups, and nonprofits. As a Wharton MBA and former international partnerships lead, I’ve spent my career helping teams work smarter by building better systems and processes. I’ve taught dozens of professionals how to integrate AI into their daily work, saving hours each week, improving communication, and creating measurable impact. I use these tools in my principal product manager position today to run a $26B revenue stream at Nike to save several hours in daily admin tasks, to speed up the product development lifecycle with stakeholders, and to properly evaluate AI agents in real-time.

I have been in tech working with AI for over 10 years at Google and Meta. I now teach AI in Marketing at the University of Washington and ELVTR online. I have taught several hundred business leaders and students how to easily apply AI solutions into their sales and marketing workflows and projects. I am up to date with the latest AI solutions.

As a solopreneur, AI productivity is a critical part of my day-to-day, taking care of large parts of my business so I can focus on the most important things. I’ve built state-of-the-art AI systems in real-world settings—from agent models for a boutique investing firm to the first AI mental health coach with functioning long-term memory. Alongside this work, I’ve taught and facilitated AI courses at Stanford, helping students master machine learning and generative models. My focus is on turning advanced tools into practical, working products and coaching others to do the same.

My journey being in the deep end of the AI industry (in Silicon Valley), through Stanford courses, and real-world experience, testing, and tooling has equipped me with the materials to help you enhance productivity through AI tools! I spent 5 years at OpenAI (2016-2021) during the foundation of modern AI, followed by 3 years as Head of AI - Product Experience at Spotify, where I led teams building AI systems that served 500M+ users. I wasn't just using AI tools. I was in the rooms where architectural decisions were made about how humans and AI systems should interact at scale. That experience taught me something critical: the professionals who thrive in the AI era aren't the ones with the most tools, they're the ones who understand system architecture. After leaving Spotify, I transitioned to independent consulting and immediately hit the same wall my clients now face: tool chaos. I was paying $847/month across 15+ AI subscriptions, constantly context-switching, and seeing diminishing returns. So I applied the same systems thinking I used building products at OpenAI and Spotify to my own productivity stack. The result was the MAO Framework. A methodology that helped me consolidate to 6 core tools while tripling output. Since then, I've helped dozens of professionals (from Microsoft PMs to JPMorgan strategists) escape tool overwhelm and build AI productivity systems that compound rather than just consume budget. I teach what I've built, tested, and proven in my own consulting practice.

Coming from a non-technical background, I taught myself AI through hands-on experimentation, “vibecoding” functional prototypes, and staying on top of the latest tools and developments. I understand exactly how to make this technology accessible, practical, and impactful for anyone. I've advised Fortune 500 companies, startups, and research institutions on using AI to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and launch entirely new products. My work spans AI strategy, product development, and automation, always with a focus on turning cutting-edge capabilities into real-world results.

I've seen so many people get lost trying to find one "magic" platform. My theory is that the real power comes from using "glue" platforms like N8N or Make to connect the tools you already use. It's about designing an entire, visible workflow—letting your data in Airtable or your processes in Notion talk directly to your sales outreach in Smartlead. I've used this exact approach to solve complex, real-world problems, like automating a client's entire purchasing order system. We took a 40-hour-a-month manual nightmare and cut it down to five. I believe these visual, node-based tools are a game-changer because they let you see your process, taking automation out of a "black box" and putting you in control.
