Brody has helped clients get into these companies:
I’m a Product Manager with a technical background, focused on using AI and automation to make complex work simpler and faster. At Microsoft, I help bridge the gap between strategy and engineering - writing PRDs, guiding technical decisions, and making sure what we build actually solves real problems. Over the past few years, I’ve helped launch automation platforms that saved teams thousands of hours and unlocked millions in value. As a coach, I help PMs and TPMs get more confident leading technical conversations, turning big ideas into actionable plans, and building products that run smoother and smarter.

About Brody
I’ve spent nearly a decade at Microsoft helping teams adopt modern platforms, automate complex processes, and drive meaningful efficiencies. I began my career in software engineering, building ultrasound systems, before moving into technical consulting and eventually product management. Throughout my journey, automation, and more recently AI-enabled automation, has been a common theme. I’ve learned how to connect business, product, and technical thinking to ensure AI-first capabilities create real value for both organizations and end-users. Outside of work, I stay close to the technology itself. I love exploring new ideas and turning curiosity into side projects like building multi-agent pipelines for digital-asset generation, automating insider share data extraction, or developing and selling indie video games. I believe the most effective product managers blend business strategy with technical depth and great product sense. My coaching approach reflects that balance by helping you strengthen your technical intuition, strategic clarity, and confidence to stand out in the evolving AI landscape.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve been in the same uncertain place many people start from, whether you’re just beginning or making a career transition. I’ve been fortunate to have incredible mentors who didn’t just share advice but helped me turn it into something practical and confidence-building. Those experiences changed the trajectory of my career, and I want to pay that forward. I truly believe there’s untapped potential in so many people, and that the right coaching, even in small doses, can unlock growth far beyond what you expect.
