I met Mark 20 years ago when I took his class at Indiana University. Upon graduating, I started a business and Mark provided valuable and insightful information. The business was successful and moving in the right direction but I decided to change my career path. Mark was a great resource and offered his assistance. I have continued to stay in contact with him over the years and am happy to call him a friend.

Got to know Mark while a student at USC's MBA program and personally found him incredibly kind and helpful. I also know he was very well regarded by his entire department. I can only imagine how difficult running a toptier MBA career services office must be, with lofty expectations by both students and administrators/board members, and I thought Mark was excellent at it. He even remembered me a few years later when I crossed paths with him at an event. Great guy and one of the best out there.
